What is a “System-Built” Home?
Commonly known as a modular home, a pre-fabbed home or a factory built home, a system-built home is just that: we build customizable homes piece by piece in a controlled factory setting in sections. Our homes are engineered and built to meet or exceed the state or local building codes where the home will be located. System built modules — the pieces of your new home — are transported to your home site, where they are installed on permanent foundations and completed by a professional builder… just like any other new construction home.

Faster Construction
By using a factory setting to build year-round, we are able to substantially reduce the time it takes to complete your custom house. Winter weather shrinks the traditional construction season… but not for us. We can build even when winter weather hits hard.
Lower Cost
We’re not exactly an assembly line, but our construction process definitely shares many of the same advantages provided by a controlled, organized and repeatable routine. Because everything is so controlled, we have dramatically reduced the potential for errors and mistakes, allowing us to control costs and keep final pricing as low as possible for our customers. And thanks to the room we have inside our temperature controlled facilities, we’re also able to purchase and store our raw materials in bulk (in other words, at a discount). We pass along those built-in savings to our customers..
