FARGO – Anyone who has built their own home could tell you selecting a floor plan is just the beginning.

The hardest work is what comes next – going all over town picking out the finishes for the home – from flooring to faucets and everything in between. However, Verity Homes is the latest home builder to make it a little bit easier by bringing it all under one roof.

This month, Verity (which is Latin for “honesty plus truth”) has opened “Inspirations by Verity” – what they call “North Dakota’s most state-of-the-art home design studio,” located at 4150 19th Ave. S., Fargo.

Verity owner and CEO Arthur Goldammer says they work with anyone from young first-time homebuyers to thirty- or forty-somethings moving up to second homes to empty nesters looking to downsize to a twin home. (Once lots are purchased and homes are completed prices range from just under $200,000 to more than $400,000.) Like the floor plans themselves, the choices for fixtures, decor and design within the studio space vary.

“Products are offered in levels or tiers, so it’s easy to select,” Goldammer says. “We don’t use allowances and expect our customers to go out and find things on their own.”

Because the items are pre-priced, Verity customers will know in one day how much everything will cost installed and constructed in their particular floor plan.
